CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days or more prior to date of travel:
0% of total value of reservation

29-14 days prior to departure:
25% of total value of reservation

13-7 days prior to departure:
50% of total value of reservation

0-6 days prior to departure:
100% of total value of reservation

All reservations, amendments and cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Full payment is required in advance, prior to commencement of services.

Tes & Trev Travels (Pty) Ltd, T/A Tours & Trails, their employees, agents and/or assigns shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and/or description and howsoever arising to any person or their luggage or other personal property whether due to the negligence or otherwise of Tes & Trev Travels (Pty) Ltd, T/A Tours & Trails, their employees, agents and/or assigns. The client hereby waives their right to all and any claims in this regard.
