Surrounded by an impressive array of carefully restored buildings on a delightful stretch of Main Street is where you will find Marc's. Chef Marc Friedrich (who hails from the Alsace) serves up wonderful food using only the best local ingredients. The menu clearly reflects his passion for Mediterranean cuisine (his wife is Lebanese) and as the introduction to the menu succinctly states "It is with food that the Lebanese - and most of the Mediterranean countries - express hospitality."
